This is CoolHunting’s video on Tom Mylan, the man behind Marlow & Daughters (and a heavy hand in the entire Brooklyn empire [Bonita, Marlow & Sons, Diner]).  I’m consistently impressed with everything these people are doing, and it reminds me why I love Brooklyn.  Also, Tom blogs very well.  If you have a free minute, you should read his post on preparing a boneless turkey for Thanksgiving.  Boneless!!
