Because our fair city will be graced with rain for the next 9 days, I’m searching for some good indoor projects, like these homemade gummies. And I haven’t forgotten about the apple jellies; they’re supposed to dry out over 2 nights’ time, but this humidity is prolonging things and they’re still a thick paste (but a perfect pinkish hue). However, I’m slightly nervous because I didn’t do any research and used some Red Delicious apples (to achieve aforementioned hue), but everyone knows these are not suitable baking apples. Only time will tell.
