The Antro Solo, created in Hungary, is a solar, human, and gas-electric hybrid vehicle, and gets more than 150 miles to the gallon.  It seats 3 people, and top speed is 87mph.  There are three ways to power the car:  solar panels on the roof, pedals at the foot of each passenger’s seat, or the small combustion engine that runs on petrol or ethanol.

Look for it in 2012, for around $20K.
